Aiphorism LLC (“Aiphorism”, “we”, “us”) is an AI systems consultancy based in South Florida, United States. We design, build and operate AI systems for corporate teams.

Information you provide. When you submit the briefing form, email us, call us, or book a call, we receive what you choose to send: your name, work email address, company, telephone number if you give one, and whatever you write in the message field.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting and security providers log standard request data — IP address, browser user agent, referring page, and timestamps — for delivery, abuse prevention and aggregate traffic measurement.
Client engagement data. During a paid engagement we may process data belonging to a client’s business. That processing is governed by the engagement agreement and the documented data boundaries agreed before any system is built, not by this policy alone.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not run advertising profiles on our visitors.
Consent and purpose. Aiphorism LLC sends SMS only to people who request a text during a call or via the site. Messages are transactional — links, follow-up information — and are not recurring marketing. We do not buy, rent or otherwise acquire phone numbers for messaging.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opting out and getting help. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, and HELP for help. You can also email [email protected] or call +1 (561) 975-9994 to be removed. After a STOP request we stop sending, other than the single confirmation the carrier requires.
Sharing. Phone numbers and SMS consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, for the purposes above: our website host, our form delivery and spam protection providers, our scheduling and payment processors, our email provider, and our SMS carrier. They may use it only to provide the service to us.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim. We do not sell personal information, and we do not disclose it to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
This site runs no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Cookies set on your device come from the functional services embedded in a page — our spam protection widget and, on the scheduling page, the booking widget — and exist to make those work. Your browser settings control them.
Enquiries are retained while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards; engagement records are retained for as long as our legal, tax and accounting obligations require. Data no longer needed for those purposes is deleted.
Information is held with reputable providers using industry-standard protections, including encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will act on the request within the time the applicable law allows, subject to records we are required to keep. Exercising these rights costs you nothing and we will not treat you differently for it.
This site and our services are directed to businesses. They are not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.
If this policy changes we will post the revised version at this same address and update the effective date above. Material changes to how we handle SMS consent will be reflected here and in the SMS Terms on our Terms of Service.
